It takes us under 7 business days to ship out your parcel, and then typically 12-24 days for delivery. 2. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from our fulfillment center located in China. We produce, wholesale source, and ship from China to reduce energy pollution and also helps reduce cost of items.
3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER (STANDARD SHIPPING)?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 1 week to 3 weeks upon shipping to most countries! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 8 weeks, though this is rare! It depends what you purchased/where you live! 4. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR PROMISED "2 MONTHS" WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce (China).
5. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We employ different specialized factories to produce different ranges of items or garments. As such, we ship from different parts of China depending on where the items are produced. Therefore, some items may be shipped separately.
6. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens).
7. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We are unable to cancel and refund an order once it has shipped out. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel so we can check if we are able to!
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
We offer FREE returns or exchanges only for items with defects that were present upon arrival. The issue must be presented to us within 14 days of receiving.
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. Please email us if there are no measurements to be found or you want more information about a specific product. If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving, and we will help look into your situation to get it resolved.
